During my recovery, Verity has been extremely emotionally supportive as well as professional and I have always felt comfortable in her presence since our first meeting...I am grateful for the input and expertise Verity has provided over the past 12 months and would recommend her to anyone seeking a case manager or occupational therapist.
If Verity had a suggestion, she always thoroughly explained the process from start to finish, to ensure I fully understood. Verity was pro-active in liaising with relevant parties ensuring the pressure was taken off me. This meant I didn't have to worry about making appointments and could focus on my health
Verity always made sure my views were heard. She spoke up for me and did not let my needs get lost in meetings with different services. I felt listened to and supported, even when discussions were complicated or decisions felt overwhelming
